For organizations
Offer your community an organized Lost & Found.
Schools, universities, businesses, libraries, venues, camps and community groups can give the people they serve one clear place to report and look for lost property. Part of the shared One Lost & Found network.
Set up → we review and approve → share your page and QR code with your community.
Reports in one organized place
Lost and found reports are centralized and searchable, instead of scattered across a bin, emails and group chats.
Your own page and QR code
Get a page with your organization's name and a QR code. Tell students, parents, customers, guests or members exactly where to report and look.
Matching does the searching
The system compares found items with lost reports automatically. Your team doesn't spend the day reviewing possible matches.
Light work for staff
Staff log the items handed in, confirm what they physically have, and hand items back using ordinary checks. “What color was it?”, “Describe the crack.”
You manage only what you hold
Your dashboard shows items your organization has confirmed it holds. Items found nearby stay with the finder or wherever they were left.
Admins and team members
An organization admin sets things up and invites team members with a link. Each person signs in with Organization sign in.
Being named by a finder isn't joining
If a finder says they left something at your front desk, we show it as “reportedly left with” you, never as held by you. Until your organization joins and confirms it.
